The story

We started where the industry stopped.

Nanofiber has been a laboratory curiosity for decades. Researchers could make it in small coupons — but no one had built a process that could scale to production economics for the industries that actually needed it.

NXTNANO was founded in 2012 with one mission: solve that. Build the platform, prove it at scale, and put nanofiber into the hands of filtration OEMs, apparel brands, and medical device makers as a real material — not a science project.

Today we ship full truckloads of nanofiber media every week, from six HYPR Spinning™ lines in Claremore, Oklahoma — to customers across HVAC, HEPA, automotive intake, gas turbine inlet, industrial dust, microfiltration, performance apparel, and medical applications.
